Choose a dealer by whichever means.
Each player gets 25 chips.
Each player antes one chip and the dealer deals them 1 card face up in front of them.
Play starts with the person who has the worst poker hand. They choose how many more cards they want to 'buy' (1 chip for 1 card) which goes into the pot, or if they wish to fold.
Players can only have 5 cards in their hand, and may fold at any time.
Any cards that a player has bought are dealt to their and one at a time. As soon as they no longer have the worst hand, play immediately moves to the player with the worst hand. If, after being dealt all their cards they still have the worst poker hand, they are out.
Note: Chips are non-refundable.
Cards rank (from low to high): 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, J, Q, K, A. In the event of a tie, Clubs beats Hearts, beats Diamonds, beats Spades.
